Dripping content using the strt dates of different ccaps

Does S2M store the signup date of custom capabilities individually?
If a person signs up for ccap 1 on 10/1 and then signs up for
ccap 2 on 11/1 am I able to get at those dates somewhere to use for dripping content?
I would really appreciate it if someone could point me to somewhere in the documentation or a definitive post.
