I changed all my db tables to a different table prefix (wordpress_) and now I can't login to my site. Also, in the db, it is set to the following:
a:1:{s:13:"administrator";s:1:"1";}
when I try to login, it just navigates to my join page.

Have you tried changing the prefix back to what it was?

okay, that is fixed again. Not too sure why changing the prefix in the table name would cause the issue.

There are several steps involved in changing the WordPress database table prefix. Try searching Google for "changing wordpress database prefix" and take a look at a few of the tutorials. There's also a free plugin that you can use to change the database prefix for you: WP Security Scan.
