S2 settings panel not showing up in multisite install

I have installed S2 plugin in a multisite WP installation. In the network admin, I see the two entries on the dashboard that give access to; Mutisite (config) and s2Member info.
I have configured the options there and go back to my main site dashboard and even though the plugin has been networked activated, I see no options panel for s2 member options once I am on my main site. I have read through the numerous questions on multisite on the forum and I did not find one addressing this issue.
I just want to see the s2 member setup options on my main site...

EDIT: I deactivated my very slick theme (stonkin) and activated a more vanilla theme and presto, all worked fine with s2 plugin.. the problem, I paid good money for theme and customization.. would like to continue to use. My site: http://dfy-marketing.com
Would appreciate any tips on a workaround to be able to keep using my theme and use s2 plugin..
