I just launched a subscription offering and several of my new subscribers are reporting an error after paying and being transferred back to my site. They receive this message:

[ raamdev.com ] says…
ERROR: Unable to modify Subscription.
Please contact Support for assistance.

The existing User ID is associated with an Administrator. Stopping here. Otherwise, an Administrator could lose access. Please make sure that you are NOT logged in as an Administrator while testing.

I looked at the paypal-rtn.log and see the error that says the existing user ID is associated with an administrator... but I don't see how that's possible. There is only one admin, myself, and the new users didn't use my name or email to register.

Another odd thing is that it says "Unable to Modify Subscription", when this is a *new* subscription, not an upgrade or anything like that.

I'm using Paypal Buttons; here's the button shortcode that I'm using:

That's odd. Could you post the button in a page that isn't public so I take a look at it? I went to your Journal page and it has a PayPal generated link instead.

About that link, did you follow Jason's instructions so it integrates with s2Member? viewtopic.php?f=36&t=309#p1333

Cristián, before replying to you I attempted to reproduce this problem (for the 5th time) using the exact same link as before, but now everything mysteriously started working as it should.

I have no idea what was going on, but I'll come back if it crops up again.
