custom registration field option not showing

Hi there

I have looked through solutions here but cannot fix the problem I have. In the General options I have options showing but do not have the layout with the circles with + sign and dropdown boxes, it is plain text. Also I cannot access custom registration fields it is blank.

Using s2member plugin 111105 new install, 3.2.1 WP new install. No plugins activated and using Twenty Eleven theme.

I was running s2member successfully on another server but no luck now with different host.

Can you please help?

shared hosting, running linux. Everything else is functioning correctly with plugin. No modifications have been made.

would it be possible to add the custom fields for registration needed to a php file to make them default as everything else works and I love this plugin...

Sally, that looks like a JavaScript problem. Could you check with Firefox' error console if you get any JavaScript errors?

You say it's just WordPress and s2Member, with the default theme and no other plugins? Then there isn't a conflict. Maybe an incomplete upload and you're missing some files? Try re-uploading.
