Email with custom id S2Member

I need to know if it is possible to add custom id on the signup email template on the authorize option.
The custom id would perform auto increment from 300000001 and up
Also how can hide my url on the email template.
Or I can make my own email template from HTML/PHP Page instead on having on Signup Email Template.

I'm using S2Member Pro and Authorize.net options. I think it's different.
I know little on programming.
