How to hook Gravity Forms into s2Member for Pro PayPal?

What is the process to hook in an exisiting 'Gravity Forms' form into s2Member to complte a Pro PayPal payment i.e how or where do I insert Gravity Form shortcode into s2Memeber form, so on user completion of form and submission, form data is passed via s2member and send to PayPal for transaction?
