Hello,

After a major breakdown of the hosting service Bluehost.com lasted hours, I have to give 1 free day to all the current subscribers. How do I do that? If an automated way does not exist, is there a manual way?

Finally, there is one subscriber who followed the procedure like the others, got charged by Paypal but his member status did not switch to level 1 and stayed the default (member). How do I find out why?

What kind of access did they purchase? Subscription with monthly payments, or a one-time payment for a set time, specific pages?

To see what happened for that user, we'll need to see the related entries from the logs. WP Admin -> s2Member -> PayPal Options -> Account Details -> Enable Logging
