S2 Member admin Panel view changed - no sections

So I updated my wp-config file to add more members, but when I went back into my S2member general options(and all other sections) the view changed where it is not sectioned off, it's just a long scroll down between the sections. I like the way it orginally looked with each section opening on it's own. Any ideas how to get it back?

It sounds like a caching problem. Have you tried clearing your web browser cache and/or restarting all of your web browser windows?
Also, when you said that you "updated my wp-config", were you referring to the wp-config.php file or something else?

It sounds like a JavaScript problem to me, though.
