I've just noticed on my pro free sign up forms that on the form just before the submit button it has this message: An internal error occurred: 4B2343DA9D350.AB454A7.5DD8.
Has anyone been able to solve this?

This is a known problem and the next update will address it. Until then, please see this thread for a fix:
