Hi, this morning we find no one can longer register. on our form on this page: http://www.accessart.org.uk/?page_id=2616, you'll see the error message: An internal error occurred: 4B23D44E95470.AB40069.3CF3 under Security Code.
I can no longer find the option on s2member admin to double check or untick it. Does anyone know why this would have suddenly happened? Many thanks

You can try this fix while they fix this issue with the next update:
