My customer paid through Paypal but never received the confirmation email with the link to register on the website.
How can I send her this email manually?
And what went wrong??
Thanks

Hi Malin,
You can generate the Member Registration Link in WP Admin -> s2Member -> PayPal Buttons -> PayPal Member Registration Access Links and email that directly to the user. When they click the link, they'll be brought to the registration page.
If your users don't get the registration email after checking out at PayPal, you'll want to make sure you have configured s2Member with PayPal IPN (WP Admin -> s2Member -> PayPal Options -> PayPal IPN Integration) and PayPal PDT/Auto-Return Integration (WP Admin -> s2Member -> PayPal Options -> PayPal PDT/Auto-Return Integration).
If you continue to have problems, please enable the logging routines (s2Member -> PayPal Options -> Account Details -> Logging/Debugging) and then please post the log entries (from all the log files) related to the transaction in question, x'ing out any private info.

And it turned out that the confirmation emails just ended up in her spamfolder

Ah, yes, that's always a good place to check for missing emails.

If you're worried about it happening in the future, you can remind your customers somewhere to check for the confirmation email in their spam folder if they don't receive it.
