New members not receiving registration email

Why do these things always happen right before a big launch?

I just tried running two test purchases -- one from me, using an alternate email address from my admin address, and one from my boyfriend -- and NEITHER has received the registration email.

Help! I've checked and rechecked all PayPal IPN settings and PDT/Auto-Return Integration. Everything is set correctly (and all was working FINE for my last launch one month ago -- nothing has been changed since then.)

I would send you logs (they are enabled) but can't figure out how to access them. I can see the files on the server, but can't seem to look inside them (I'm using cPanel). Do I need to download the log files? And what application do I use to open them???

In addition, new members are ALSO not being added to my AWeber list. I had previously resolved that particular problem by setting up a custom email parser, but NONE of this is currently working.

And I launch tomorrow morning...

:(

Any help you can provide would be so very greatly appreciated.

You mentioned the email parser in AWeber giving you trouble when you tried to integrate WP Affiliate with AWeber too. I replied to that thread, don't know if WP Affiliate can use AWeber's email parser for PayPal, which s2Member can use too.

There are cases when you do need to use the custom email parser for s2Member to integrate with AWeber properly. It's explained well here viewtopic.php?f=36&t=15496

I understand you used a different email address than the one you have in your admin account, but did you log out before making the test purchases?

You can download the s2Member log files, open with a text editor (e.g. Notepad), copy from all the files the entries related to the transactions with the problem and post them here x'ing out any private info, please.
