Why do these things always happen right before a big launch?
I just tried running two test purchases -- one from me, using an alternate email address from my admin address, and one from my boyfriend -- and NEITHER has received the registration email.
Help! I've checked and rechecked all PayPal IPN settings and PDT/Auto-Return Integration. Everything is set correctly (and all was working FINE for my last launch one month ago -- nothing has been changed since then.)
I would send you logs (they are enabled) but can't figure out how to access them. I can see the files on the server, but can't seem to look inside them (I'm using cPanel). Do I need to download the log files? And what application do I use to open them???
