Packaging Specific Pages

Postby coachingschool » November 28th, 2011, 6:55 pm

I am trying to package specific pages but don't see all the pages listed to choose them. I have a 30 day package, (30 pages plus the intro/landing page and a directory). I see the landing page and page 10-30 listed in reverse order. The missing pages are not restricted by any other process.

Is there a limit to how many pages you can package?

I am planning duplicates of each of the pages for subsequent month registrations. The programs start on the 1st of each month. So someone that signs up on the 8th would have to wait to have access to that series until the first of the following month. They would have access to the intro/landing page though.

Suggestions?

Hi Coach.

When you created the button to sell the bundled specific pages, were they all in the list of pages you could bundle? Is that where you say they're missing? If not, where exactly are they missing from?

Ah, got ya. If they're not there, then it's possible you protected them with some other restriction too. Specific Post/Page restriction is not compatible with Levels/ccaps based restrictions.

Could you check all your restrictions to make sure those Specific pages aren't also protected in some other way? WP Admin -> s2Member -> Restriction Options Also check the pages themselves to make sure you didn't add a custom capability protection to them.

If you go to them while not logged in, and get sent to the Membership Options page, check the MOP Vars in the URL, please, see what kind of restriction is being applied to them. WP Admin -> s2Member -> API / Scripting -> Membership Options Page Variables

I don't have any other restrictions on these pages.

Got ya.

Could you please show me a screenshot of the button generator for Specific Page? WP Admin -> s2Member -> PayPal Buttons -> Specific Page

Also, could you please post a link to the pages that should be restricted that you want to bundle? If you don't want them public, you can use this contact form: http://s2member.com/contact
