Profile information not automatically filled in

When a user who is logged into the site as a subscriber and wants to upgrade to another membership clicks the link to upgrade their membership, their profile information is not automatically filled into the payment field.

The odd thing is that I can only recreate this error in chrome and firefox. Internet explorer on my computer actually works (however, it does not work on my users computer who is trying to upgrade).

Any ideas on what might be causing this issue?

*Update 12.2.11 - I needed to get this user signed up yesterday, so I tested using my dummy account with firefox to fill in all profile data exactly as it would be for my dummy profile. The payment was attributed to my profile as it should. So, it looks like the it is recognizing the profile, just not populating the data. Unfortunately, the customer didn't sign-up, so I'll report back if another customer upgrades and has the same issue before a fix is created.

Jeffrey, it seems like a JavaScript conflict to me. Could you please try as a test changing the theme to the default TwentyEleven or TwentyTen and see if the profile fields get populated then? If not, try disabling other plugins one by one and see if the problem goes away with one of them, please.

Why do I never think of that...I'm a total newb :)

I just upgraded to the new version of s2Member and it resolved the issue. Not sure what caused the issue last release, but glad it's working now. Thanks!
