I need to buy s2Member Pro but I really only need a Single Site License atm... My question is when I choose to upgrade to Unlimited Site License will the cash I spent on the first license get credited to the next license.

..Meaning if I buy the Single Site License at $69.. Will the Unlimited Site License only be $60 to upgrade afterward.

Yes, you will only pay the difference.
When you buy your license and log-in to s2Member.com you will see next to your avatar an upgrade button I believe.
