IP Error

Hi,

What file/location am I able to edit the "Error 503 - Too many IP addresses accessing one secure error!" message?

This has been happening to quite a few of my members and they all think the site is down or something and I have to explain otherwise.

Also, thought I'd do another reminder for the request to have an IP log. I still have to deal with these customers not knowing whether they shared their account info or not. It's annoying and it defeats the purpose of account restrictions. What's the point of blocking someone out if you don't know whether or not they just logged in from their phone too many times or something? If someone shares their info I'd like to ban them, but I'm not going to ban anyone unless I'm sure.

Thanks

You can fix that from here WP Admin -> s2Member -> Restriction Options -> Unique IP Access Restrictions.

Or go to his profile and tick the box to reset his IP restriction. WP Admin -> Users -> Edit user -> Reset IP Restrictions.

I hope that helps. :)

Hi - I'm using S2member Pro and don't seem to have an ip-restrictions file. In the Classes folder, it goes from index.php to lock-icons.inc.php

It's not in s2member-pro, but s2member: s2member\includes\classes\ip-restrictions.inc.php

That makes me feel stupid, I didn't even see the folder. Sorry, and thank you!
