ccBill Check and Phone Payments

I did setup ccBill on one of the sites and wondering if we can utilize different templates (check and/or phone) payments on the same site
@Form ( w/ Dynamic Pricing ), I understand that would be set to CC
How can we setup the other 2 payments to work with S2M

BTW, (ccbill support) says that S2M is the best WordPress membership Plugin
