SEO question with s2M

With the answers i got previously, if a page is behind a membership wall, all the tags and metatags and so on will not be seen or taken into consideration by Google, right? So, protecting the whole page will not help the SEO. But if one is to protect the CONTENT of the page, while leaving the page itself UNprotected (so using conditionals), will that help?

Yep, if the page doesn't redirec the Membership Options page, then it won't redirec the search engine spider either and it'll index the page, including whatever it shows to someone that isn't a member with the access to the protected content.

Does that answer your question?

Yes i think it does answer. I understand that protecting pages/content with conditionals instead of redirecting to an Membership Option is better as far as SEO, especially if non-member can see something, even if it is only a summary of what they cannot see!
