How do I assign similar roles to S2 levels as exist in WordPress? For example, in WordPress a Contributor can create Posts (but not publish them). How do I assign similar permissions to an S2 Level? What if I want someone to be able to create Posts, but not Pages? or what if I was someone to be able to approve Posts, but not even be able to create Pages? Thanks.

You need the following plugin: User Role Editor or any other plugin that allows you to adjust the user roles.
