Registration Form Not Received by New Members

I hope someone can help.

I have a paid membership site. 1st 5 days are free and then paid after that. When the members sign up, they go through the paypal process without any issues. After they've checked out of paypal, a window comes up telling them they will receive the login/registration form within 15 minutes but it never arrives from s2member. Can you tell me what might be happening here?

I've used s2member on other sites and have never run into this issue and I just can't seem to figure it out. I've compared the setup with my other sites and it seems fine but it doesn't seem to be working properly. I've tested this myself and haven't received the form.

Thanks in advance for your assistance.

Is there not an answer to this question? This is very unfortunate.

Does it happen with all or just one? If only one, did you ask the customer to check his spam folder?

Could you please post the log entries related to the transaction that had this problem? WP Admin -> s2Member -> PayPal Options -> Account Details -> Enable Logging

Thanks. :)

Hi Christian,

Thank you so much for your response. I've tested and tested this and started to remove plugins. I think I might have found the problem. I think the support ticket plugin was causing the problem.

Through all this testing, I also found that if you're logged into wordpress, you don't receive a notification from s2member at all even though you're receiving the confirmation from paypal. Do you know why that might be happening?

Again, thank you so much for your response.

I'm glad you found the conflicting plugin. Good job finding that! :)

About being logged in and not receiving the email, where you logged into your admin account? That'd make s2Member not touch your account to prevent loss of access to the admin. Again, I'd ask you to post the log entries related to the transaction that had the problem (x'ing out any private info, please).
