Need help. Launch Halted Due To No Registration Email Sent

I hope someone can help.

I have a paid membership site. 1st 5 days are free and then paid after that. When the members sign up, they go through the paypal process without any issues. After they've checked out of paypal, a window comes up telling them they will receive the login/registration form within 15 minutes but it never arrives from s2member. Can you tell me what might be happening here?

I've used s2member on other sites and have never run into this issue and I just can't seem to figure it out. I've compared the setup with my other sites and it seems fine but it doesn't seem to be working properly. I've tested this myself and haven't received the form.

Could you please post the log entries for the transaction you had this problem with? x'ing out any private info. WP Admin -> s2Member -> PayPal Options -> Account Details -> Enable Logging
