List Server - Default Check Opt - in Issue

I want to make the opt-in box for my list server (AWEBER) in the registration page, checked by default. And i set it on the option, "Yes ( the Box MUST be checked - checked by default ) ".
The issue is whenever I choose my membership level on my membership page, http://enterprisehub.com/membership/ (please try any membership level), I will be redirected to the registration page and if you look below, before the "submit button" the check button is not checked.
The irony is if I go directly to that page on my browser, http://enterprisehub.com/register/?membership=free, the checkbox is checked by default.
Any help is appreciated.
