When I try to import my user I get this error?


The following errors were encountered during importation:

Line #1. User ID# 1 belongs to an Administrator. Bypassing this line for security.
Line #2. User ID# 2 does NOT belong to an existing User.
Line #3. User ID# 3 does NOT belong to an existing User.
Line #4. User ID# 15 does NOT belong to an existing User.
Line #5. User ID# 6 does NOT belong to an existing User.
Line #6. User ID# 18 does NOT belong to an existing User.
Line #7. User ID# 19 does NOT belong to an existing User.
Line #8. User ID# 16 does NOT belong to an existing User.
Line #9. User ID# 20 does NOT belong to an existing User.
Line #10. User ID# 21 does NOT belong to an existing User.
Line #11. User ID# 30 does NOT belong to an existing User.
Line #12. User ID# 55 does NOT belong to an existing User.

You're probably including user IDs in the user rows, but if they don't exist in the installation it'll cause that error. You enter the user's ID when you're modifying the user, but if you're creating him you leave the ID empty and WordPress will assign it one.

I did what you said and it removed the error but after importing I received this

"Operation complete. Users/Members imported: 0."

And when I look at the members I see nothing.

Am I doing something wrong?

Can you show us a few lines from your CSV file so we can test the format? Please X-out any private information.

I figured it out, for some reason the import file feature wasn't working for me. I opened in textedit, removed all the IDs and then cut and paste in. And it worked.
