I'm a trying to generate an access link manually for one of my customers and when I press the button, nothing appears.

I have selected my lead page and all the pages I want the customer to have access to, then i press the "generate link" button and.........Nothing. The links used to appear at the bottom now there's nothing appearing.

Please help!

Hi sheilarfl,

Are you running the latest version of WordPress and s2Member?

Have you tried clearing your browser cache and restarting all your browser sessions?

Where are you generating the link from? WP Admin -> s2Member -> PayPal Buttons -> PayPal Specific Post/Page Access Links?

I've tested this on my own site, running the latest version of WordPress and s2Member, and it's working fine for me.

Can you try disabling your plugins and then generating the link? It's possible the JavaScript from another plugin is conflicting with s2Member (and on this point, you may want to see this thread: http://www.primothemes.com/forums/viewt ... 752#p52752).

That is exactly what it was. That sucks that I would have to do this every time I wanted to generate a manual link for a customer. Do you know if there is anyway to find out which plug-in is in conflict with S2Member? Thanks for your help, by the way! Much appreciated.

The only way to figure that out would be to disable each plugin one by one until you figure out which one makes the Generate button work again.

If you do this, please let us know which plugin was causing the conflict. We don't yet have an official list of incompatible plugins, but I'm going to start maintaining one.

The plugin that's causing the problem is:

FORCE GZIP
Implements gzip output compression to speed up load times. This plugin also does a check to see if browsers are incorrectly saying that they do not support GZIP when they actually do. This can speed up load times for a significant portion of users.
