how to add 13 month subscription

I am trying to add a 13 month subscription and i get an error saying that if I use M for month, I can't have more than 12 months. My regular subscription is 12 months, and i want to offer 1 month free, so a 13 month subscription is exactly what I need. I remember Jason explaining something particularly about subscription times with PayPal, but am not sure exactly which video it was in. I think it was one of these two:

thanks for the reply, here was Jason's reply (we bought the support/install package).

Sorry, it is not possible to do 13 months. However, you can accomplish the same thing using an initial trial period of 1 month, and then a full year in the regular term.
