Can't generate security encryption key!

I recently installed the s2member on my WordPress 3.3 platform and I was watching the video of the guy explaining how to set up s2member. I went to auto-generate the encryption key and nothing happened! Also the sections aren't in blocks like the guy in the videos is everything is like a big paragraph.
Anyone know how I can fix this?

You might want to check what's on this video:
http://www.s2member.com/options-page-di ... ing-video/It might not be the same scenario but I think it's the same reason.
Hope this helps.
P.S. The video was made by the Lead Developer, and it was made with older versions of s2Member, so some things may not be the same as in the video. Hope this helps.

I looked at his video and at the error code and it reads this way:
Error: ws_plugin__s2member_generateSecurityKey is not defined

OK, I will tell the Lead Developer about this and see if he can share his comments.
Thanks for waiting.

Meanwhile:
Could you try making a compatibility test?
Just disable each plugin one by one (without including s2Member) until the problem goes away.
Also could you please try changing the theme to the default one (TwentyEleven)?
Thanks.

Could you try clearing your browser cache?
I've experienced the same problem that you show in your screenshot and the problem was always resolved by either disabling a conflicting plugin or clearing my browser cache / restarting my browser.

Can you paste the full URL that's in your address bar when you're viewing the s2Member General Options? (You can change the domain... I'm just interested in the rest of the URL.)

That's really strange. Have you ever seen the sections in blocks or were they always one big paragraph? Did you recently upgrade/change anything that seemed to have caused this?
Also, you have definitely disabled all your plugins except s2Member and then cleared your browser cache, correct?

Also, please try changing the theme to the default TwentyEleven as test.
You're experiencing a JavaScript problem and that's caused by a theme or plugin.

Never seen sections in blacks, yes it has always been a big paragraph since i installed it. I cleared all my cache looked at it in multiple browsers disabled all my plugins except s2member. Only have 3 themes installed and I cycled through all of them. They include TwentyTen, TwentyEleven, and my theme. I tried the video Eduan recommended and the errors told me:
Error: ws_plugin__s2member_generateSecurityKey is not defined
Source File:
http://www.mysite.com/wpsystem/wp-admin ... r-gen-ops#
Line: 1
The only thing I can conclude is its the WP 3.3 installation or the installation of the plugin itself. I thank you gentlemen for your help.

Could you tell us who you're using for a web host? It could also be a problem with your server configuration. I'm currently using the latest version of s2Member and WordPress 3.3 and I don't have the problem you're describing, so that tells me it could be a problem with your server.

Could you try installing another copy of WordPress in a different directory and then add s2Member to it? If that doesn't work, then I'd say you have a strange problem with the configuration on your web host.

Wow you're right it's my server. I installed it on another server and it works perfectly. So what do you think the issue could be on my server then?

That might be tough to pinpoint. It could be a PHP configuration problem or even a non-standard Apache configuration. That is not a common problem, so that web host is definitely doing something strange on the server-side.

I thank everyone for helping me try to solve this problem. I'll be switching servers to take advantage of the power of s2member. Thanks again. If there is anything else I need to know please inform me.
