Login Widget won't change registration link

I've just upgraded to Pro, and wanted to use the login widget. I'm not sure how it picks URLs when you leave things to automatic, and I seemed to get some odd results. I got everything working, except that I cannot seem to set the Signup Now URL. Instead of going to the registration page (which explains the benefits of registering, but is not the registration page) I want it to go to:

SITENAME/wordpress/wp-login.php?action=register

but no matter what I put there, it still goes to the assigned redirect page, instead of what I put in the field in the widget.

I just tried it and it worked for me. In the Signup Now ( enter URL, or just use %%automatic%% ) field, I entered /wp-login.php?action=register, saved the widget and logged out to see the sign-up link take me there correctly.

Are you saving after updating the sign-up URL? Did you double check that the URL you entered works i you use it in the browser?

I don't know what happened, it just started working after a few hours. I meant to come back and post an update but was busy. I guess it could be a caching issue, but I tried flushing the site cache and other tricks, so I can't say for certain why it didn't update until a few hours later.

Heh, I've seen that happen. Yeah, probably cache... Glad it's working now.
