Hello,

Just a little should be simple to answer

I have set up various new registration options that are only required for levels above 0, so if a user signs up that is a level 1 will it ask all the questions that need to be entered for level 1?

No, users that are upgrading using modification buttons won't need to input their info again.

But if they're buying a new level without being a user before they will be asked for them.

If they buyed a non-recurring offer and it expired, and they want to buy it again, I think they will have to input their info again.

Just so its clear in my head

A New user clicks on the option that creates say lvl1 so will that ask all the questions required within the registration process, or will it create the default then once paid ask to complete further information their profile?

I believe they input the default info (name, email etc. [this is if you're using a pro-form or if you dinamically created one]), put card info in order to pay, complete checkout and that's it, if you wanna ask more things you will need to use the success="" attribute (only available in the pro version of s2Member) so that it redirects into another page in which you ask for more info.

Hi Stuart.

Yes, if you created the custom profile fields for Level 1,2,3,4, they won't be shown for free registrations, but will for those who paid before creating the account.

You can test this yourself with a test purchase. Just make sure you're not logged in when you click the order button.
