Registration Email-Troubleshooting

We have installed S2Member on a client's Wordpress site, everything works except the email after new user registration. PayPal works, original email confirmation, but not the email after a new user registers with there information. There information is in the system, but they receive no email. HELP! Where should I check for problems? Site is launching tomorrow- 1/10/2012.

Hi twodegrees,

Please install the EMail Log plugin and see if the emails are actually being sent by WordPress/s2Member. If they are being sent but not received, then please install and configure the WP Mail SMTP plugin with the SMTP server details for the email address you have configured as the "From" address.
