The premium email paths don't seem to work

Hi,

I signed up for s2member pro for blog farms. I am still in the process of setting it up on my site. I did however try to two email support paths offered outside this forum and so far neither one gets any kind of response. I use the one at the end of the PDF docs for blog farms. I also tried the one I found on the support site which force me to enter a bunch of specific login data. Neither worked.

I am working through most issues so far. But the lack of acknowledgement in the support paths is disturbing.
