how can I do a complete backup of my membership site???
do I need a special plug in???

s2Member stores its configuration information inside WordPress, so any backup plugin that backs up WordPress should work. If you're using s2Member Pro, you can also manually export your s2Member Configuration in WP Admin -> s2Member -> Import/Export.
However, all of your s2Member users are essentially WordPress users, so I recommend doing a full WordPress backup.
