I have a question about payment options / manual activation of accounts, as well as paypal payment activation.- Some of our members wont have access to paypal / have credit cards (we are in the middle east where cash is the payment of choice for some people).

Is there a way where people can join but press a "I will pay by cash button' and then pay us at a members meeting (alongside a paypal option) These people must not have access to the site until payment is collected and the moderator activates their profile. Possible with S2?

Or is there another solution that I can use to manually activate people who cant use paypal alongside S2?

You can create users with specified acces manually.
Quite simple - go to your admin Dashboard > Users > Add New > and set "Role" dropdown menu for the acces level you want to grant.

You coud also let people register at lvl0 and then Edit their accounts (Click edit in "Users"> "all users" section)
Just change "Role" dropdown menu after you recived payment.
