After setting up 'Membership Options Page' and adding my PayPal generated buttons to the page. I get "%3Cform%20action=" in the address bar, after clicking on the buttons. What am I doing wrong in PayPal?

Could you post a link to the page where you have the button? Are you using an s2Member shortcode for the button? Could you post it here, please?
