Is it possible to simply block all blogs from non-members with the exception of just a few? The way that it's set up, it seems like I would need to individually enter the post ID that I want to protect, which would be all of them except for about 5. I'd much rather just enter the posts that I want to leave open to the general public.
Thanks!

If I where you I would use the Category Protection feature.
That way you can protect all except the "public" category posts, and it is pretty simple to choose which is which.

What cclambie suggests would work nicely.
You can find those restriction options under
WP Admin -> s2Member -> Restriction Options -> Category Access Restrictions.
Hope this helps.
