Cloud Front Error 404

Hello, I've been in the process of configuring S2 with Amazon and CloudFront. I'm receiving this error while trying to set up the Cloud Front portion:
Error code: 404. Unable to update existing Amazon® S3 ACLs. Unable to acquire existing Amazon® S3 Bucket ACLs. Not Found
Any thoughts on this? Our distributions have been created and enabled but the status is still in progress. I have left this over night, so not sure why these are still running as "In Progress" Any help regarding this would be very helpful.
