I can't get the Card Start Date field to go away. I have read that this is possibly a problem with Javascript not loading. I have tried deactivating all plugins except S2Member but it still won't go away. Please help me figure this out. The page is: http://www.ospvideovault.com/sample-page/submit-payment-page

Hi Jodie,

The problem is indeed the result of the s2Member JavaScript not loading. You can confirm this by doing "view source" on your page and looking for the s2Member JavaScript line in the <head>:

Code: Select all: <script type="text/javascript" src="http://www.ospvideovault.com/wp-content/plugins/s2member/s2member-o.php?ws_plugin__s2member_js_w_globals=1&qcABC=1&ver=111220-111220-4271877967"></script>

If you try accessing that URL directly, it should load the s2Member JavaScript. Instead, it returns a Error 403. This can be caused by a variety of possible server configuration issues. Please see the following thread for more information: viewtopic.php?f=36&t=14787
