Receiving Emails... Just Not Password Resets?

Hi there,

I've encountered a strange problem: I can create a new user and I can receive an e-mail with the new password. However, if I click on the "Lost your password" link and fill in the username or the password that I just created then a new password isn't sent to me. So I can receive emails... just not password resets.

Has anyone encountered this sort of problem before?
