Need Help with Profiles

Hello, I am setting up a buddypress site and another buddypress/MU site and I am using s2member for the first time for both of these. I have everything setup the way the docs and videos inform me to set it up. However, the custom fields that i have created in s2memebr custom registration forms will not populate the entered data into the profile. In my theme I do not have a built in buddypress log in template because I made it myself - it did have the buddypress custom fields and profile pages in it before i added s2m to the mix. now I have made the 2 pages and selected them in the settings, I set up all of my custom fields again in s2m settings I have about 11 or 12 things in the custom form to display on the profile page provided by buddypress with the ability to edit it all that way too. How do I do this? Its driving me crazy because the profile should have all of this info, lol and its not getting on to ti and its very hard to edit with s2member. Also it seems that now certain pages have vanished, like the www.mysite.com/register page and a couple of other ones, lol. Anyways, any help would be appreciated.
