When members Pay Does The Account Create In Wordpress?

I just seen that the plugin disables the registration option in wordpress. Does that mean when a users chooses thier mebership and pays for it there account is auto created in wordpress?

After the member has paid they are redirected to a custom registration page in S2member which then creates their account in Wordpress. It is entirely integrated.

If they already have an account they will be able to use that one right?

Yes
But only if they're logged in when they click the PayPal Button. So try to insert your Buttons strategically so that existing Users click the PayPal Button when they are logged in. Otherwise, they'll have to setup a new Username.
