Admin access to member profiles

Thanks for such a great, comprehensive plugin -- I'm a newbie to site building, and it's been a lifesaver!

I have just one problem... how do I, as the administrator, access members' profiles? I need this info to compile a member directory, whether I do it manually or the if plugin allows for automation. Other than this detail, I'm ready to launch. Please help!!

I'm not an expert, but I see mine in the back end (Dashboard) on the left, click "Users", then "Authors and Users".

When you click the link that is their system user name, it takes you an editing page where you can see the PayPal payment info, etc.
