From a single subscription, create 2 or more members

Hi, we run a service for couples or families (all about creating a great life). Part of the service is to offer our program based on a one time subscription/fee.
What we want is to be able to register 2 or more users (eg Wife and Husband - with separate user names) after the subscription payment has been approved by Paypal. We see this as a single workflow eg: subscribe -> register user 1 (standard S2 memeber process) -> register user 2 (repeat of user 1 process). Both users would then need to activate their account in the usual way. Each user would have full membership privileges.

Any ideas on how we could do this using the s2members plugin? I guess I'm really looking for guidance on where to start, and what would need to be modified.
