Paying Members Cant login or getting kicked out

I have had a number of reports from my paying members saying that they cannot access the paid section of the site, that they are being redirected to the membership options page, that they are constantly being logged out and that sometimes they can access the protected links and sometimes they cannot.

Other members are signing up via paypal and not being redirected to set up a profile.

Others have clicked on the protected links only to have to log in once again.

This is becoming a real problem and annoying people so much that they are unsubscribing and I'm losing business.

I am running a business and therefore need to sort out these issues asap.

I am going to upgrade to the s2Clean Theme wordpress template and am really hoping that this will resolve the issues.

Has anyone else had this problem, and if so, is there a solution for this?

I have tried deleting members and re-setting up their membership however, they have reported that either they still can't get in or that that can get in one day and cannot the following day.

Please help!
