Can you edit the "User Regisration is Currently Not Allowed"

I have finished the S2 Member installation and everything is running well!!
If someone tries to register a second time - i.e after registering via paypal, they click on the link sent to them in the first welcome email(sent by S2member)
The user is then shown a login box with the title;
'User Regisration is Currently Not Allowed'
Can this text be changed to something more friendly like : 'you are already registered, please log in'
