in the Admin area, you can assign roles with S2Member Level 1-4 -where can i change those titles/lables to be something different?
it looks like it can be done in activate-deactivate.inc.php but when i change them there...it does not reflect the changes anywhere i can see...
any ideas?

Um, when you go thru the general options it does not change the "role" in the back end. when i click on "users" , and choose a user, i do not want to set them to a role of S2Member Level 1, or S2Member Leve 2, i want to customize that part...
when u do the general options area it does not show up under the "roles" area...

Oh, I see what you mean. Your custom labels for the levels aren't used in the roles drop-down in the Users list. Hmm... That should be changed in the code.
But it's not a problem if you know which level is which, right? I mean, you know what level each of your custom labels represents.

I'm reading the changelog of the new release of s2Member and one of the items says:
Changelog 3.5 wrote:New feature. You can now force WordPress® to use your Membership Labels instead of referencing them by s2Member Level #. For further details on this topic, check your Dashboard under s2Member -> General Options -> Membership Levels/Labels.
