Admin Area

My admin area of s2member just looks terrible. It seems as if the whole thing is broken.

The bars you click on to open different parts in the general options are all gone. How to fix?

Did you do something right before that may have caused it?

In any case, you could try re-installing the plugin, or deleting and re-uploading it. Make sure you have Deactivation Safeguards enabled before, though, so you don't miss your s2Member configuration if you deactivate it.

WP Admin -> s2Membmer -> General Options -> Deactivation Safeguards

Would it work if I copied the info from another installation, like copy and paste directly into the php files?

Could you take a screenshot (without revealing sensitive information) to see how it looks?

It is possible that s2Member's CSS or JS are not being loaded properly for some reason. Could you check that?

Thank you.

In that page, or any other s2Member admin page that's giving you this problem, could you look at the source code (cmd/ctrl+U usually) and look in the <head> section for the lines that load s2Member's CSS and JavaScript?

When you find them, copy the URL to those files and try to open them in a new browser tab/window, see if they load properly or they give you any errors, please.
