What is the best solution to get all members contact information into my icontact list? Thanks.

s2Member Pro has a user export feature: WP Admin -> s2Member -> Import / Export.

You could then use this and format the data a little to match iContact's import requirements.

Is there a way to automatically transfer the information like the mailchimp and aweber integration?

Ah, you mean an integration with iContact? When you said "to get all members" I thought you were asking about a bulk solution.

Yes, you can use the notifications to work out an integration with iContact: WP Admin -> s2Member -> API / Notifications.
