HTML files with s2Member

I have a number of HTML pages that I want to use in my wordpress s2member site. I have tried restricting access to the folder using the uri function but that isn't working to restrict these files. I am not even sure you can do this and I am hoping for some advice.

Do they need to be place in a particular part of the S2 plugin files to work or is this not possible because s2 only works with pages and posts?

Thanks
Yvonne

Hi Yvonne. ~ You're correct. If you need to protect something with WordPress® / s2Member, your content first needs to be migrated into WordPress®. In other words, if you have a set of HTML files, you'll need to bring those into WordPress® first, by creating Posts/Pages out of them.

Then, you can protect access to those files; using the
s2Member -> General Options Panel

Update. It is now possible to protect files that are NOT even a part of WordPress®.
