[Problem Solved] Idev Doesn't Work

Ok,

I am really frustrated. I cannot get Idev to work with s2member (I have pro as well).

Here is my setup:

I tried using the generic pixel, pay per lead, and the 3rd party http call. I can see the traffic in the idev panel but can't get the sign up to register.

I am using the pro form for the sign up and all sign ups are free. I want to pay per free sign up.

I like the 3rd party call in the registration portion but at this point, anything would be fine.

My website is http://www.freeclassifiedproducts.com.

Please help me out.

Daniel

Anyone lend a hand on how they did it? I followed the instructions. Here are the new codes I have tried:

General Pixel Tracking:

<img src="http://www.freeclassifiedproducts.com/idevaffiliate/sale.php?profile=72198&idev_saleamt=%%initial%%&idev_ordernum=%%subscr_id%%" width="1" height="1" border="0" />

Third Part HTTP API:

http://www.freeclassifiedproducts.com/i ... v_saleamt=%%user_login%%&idev_ordernum=%%role%%

I have the "test affiliate" set up with a flat rate pay per sale.

Again, I can see the clicks traffic register in the admin panel but cannot get the sign up to work. I am using the pro form and sign ups are free to the users.

Thanks again and any help would be greatly appreciated.

Daniel

Hi Daniel.

I'm pretty sure Jason replied to your support email. Did you get it? If not, I'll try to get his resonse and paste it here in case our emails are not getting to you.

I got his email and the proposed changes did not work. My last post includes the code he suggested. I have tried everything I can think of.

Does it have anything to do with the fact I am not charging fees for sign ups?

Can anyone help here? The folks at iDev said my script is installed correctly. I have tried all possible options I know.

Ok,

First, thanks to Jason for the help.

Second, here is the solution that solved the issue (best as I can tell):

If you are trying, like I was, to track sign ups that are FREE, you must use a value in the saleamount portion of the tracking code.

After further review of iDev, I do see that noted for testing purposes but it obviously matters for free sign up forms as well.

Thanks again.
